If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item. If the product is different or defective, we will exchange or refund at our shipping cost. If the return is due to the customer's convenience, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used once, products that have been delivered for more than 8 days, or products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer.
